AVERAGE PROGRESS SCORES IN READING, WRITING AND MATHS
We are very proud of our Key Stage 2 results at Holly Hill and the table below demonstrates the fabulous progress that the Year 6 children made during Key Stage 2. They made average progress in Reading compared to other schools in England and above average progress in Writing and Maths.
AVERAGE SCALED SCORES IN READING AND MATHS
Below you will find the graphs indicating the scaled scores achieved by the Year children of 2016/17.
As you can see scores were exactly in line with national expectation for Maths and better than the local authority average.
In Reading scores were -1.9 points compared to the national average. Reading has been identified as an area for improvement on the school development plan for 2017/18.
PERCENTAGE OF PUPILS WHO ACHIEVED THE EXPECTED STANDARD AND HIGHER STANDARD IN READING, WRITING AND MATHS
Data shows that Holly Hill Year 6 pupils were in line with the national average for pupils achieving the expected standard in Reading, Writing and Maths combined but below the national average for pupils achieving the higher standard in Reading, Writing and Maths combined.
